All returns require prior approval by Stallion Speed Shop, Inc.  Please email us at stallion@snet.net so that we can assign a Return Authorization Number.

Stallion Speed Shop, Inc. implies no warranties other than that of the manufacturer.

1. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice and made within 15 days of ship date, shipped prepaid freight - No COD's accepted
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. Such items will be subject to a 15% handling charge.  We will not give a refund for used merchandise.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the item is determined to be defective, your shipping cost will be covered.
4. NO returns will be accepted for : Special order items, electrical items, books/manuals, chemicals or tools.
5. If you have received a defective item from us, please contact us immediately. Your item must fall within the manufacturers' warranty guidelines.  If determined to be so, you may return the item and a copy of your invoice .  Your item will either be replaced or you may be offered a refund.
6. For orders that are damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. Damaged items will only be replaced upon return and after final inspection by carrier.

USED PARTS- Mustang Restoration

We will occassionally offer used Mustang restoration parts. These parts are offered without warranty. No returns accepted on used parts. Shipping is non-refundable.
